The West End Library project will move forward after the DC Court of Appeals rejected a lawsuit by the DC Library Renaissance Project arguing the plan didn’t have enough affordable housing. (WBJ)  

Virginia picks up Amtrak tab

Virginia has agreed to fund most of Amtrak’s routes within the state.  The deal excludes interstate routes and some existing in-state lines.  (The Hill)  

FHWA getting behind buffered lanes?
